At Altera Conner Park we prefer to show you around personally. Our community has many details we wouldn't want you to miss if you were touring alone. At this time, we offer in person tours 7 days a week. 

Appointments are not required however it helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure you don't have to wait when you arrive. We understand your schedule might change and you are welcome to walk-in at anytime, and we'll make sure you fine the perfect new home.

 

Yes, our specials do change often, and we encourage you to reach out to our team. We also offer a preferred employer program, ask if your employer is on the list!

Yes, we are pet friendly with 2 pet limit per apartment. Restricted breeds prohibited. Please inquire with leasing staff for more information. Restricted breeds include. Rottweiler, doberman pinscher, pit bull terrier, staffordshire terrier, chow, presa canario, akita, alaskan malamute, wolf hybrid or any mix thereof.

Each community has a thorough process checking employment, income, credit, and background. The approval process can vary depending on each community. Discuss details with our leasing team, we'd be happy to help you.
